  Fantastic location everything is within walking distance and their are a lot of great restaurants close by. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped. It works because of number codes and mobile phone. When you call, the person you are speaking to is very friendly and helpful. The self service equipment is ok. Budget friendliness compared to other hotels in Munich. In other German Cities, like for example Frankfort, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, the price would be much to high.

  The price and the location of the hotel, close to Munich center - We are senior couple and prefere to stay close to the downtown, so that to be able to return home in the afternoon and relax for a while to be ready for further explorations. The stuff was invisible but helpful. As for the Value for Money, it's hard to imagine anything better. We really enjoyed our staying in the Hotel. Thank you! - Location. Staff. Clean new rooms.   Wonderful value for the money. For 80 euro a night we stayed in the "new" building, and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our suite. The included breakfast was nice - wide selection and great service.
