  Counter staff were excellent. Helped us out with an efficient storage system for our luggage as we had an afternoon train booked, and went out of their way to help with printing of emails and vouchers. - Reception staff was very kind and helpful.   It was my first time at a hostel and I was kind of hesitant at the start, but the staff made me feel comfortable right off the bat. When you get your key, it comes in a piece of paper that says "Enjoy a free welcome shot!" There are brochures at the front with a map and suggestions on guided tours - all of which have a meeting place at the Hbf (ex... vad folk säger » tremely short walk from the hostel). I had a lot of fun meeting new people and experiencing Munich. The rooms are practical and the beds are clean! - Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing... Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.

  good location; clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds; our room was off the main street and therefore there was little noise; good breakfast - good location. 5 min walk to main train station. Nice and helpful staff (who explained to me in detail how to get to Fussen)

  The hotel is centrally located in the old town part of Munich. Easily accessible by public transportation and close to all main tourist sites. The room was quite big and comfortable. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, for a pension in the city center. There were even two live plants in the room. The staff was curteo... vad folk säger » us and the breakfast was good. - Great location, clean, quiet (our room was facing courtyard). Very helpful personnel. We've paid 75 Euros for the double room with private shower/WC during the Opera festival which is a great deal for Altstadt. If you don't want the dull continental breakfast, go to Segafredo café on Rosenthal 1 (outside terrace facing market square).

  The price and the location of the hotel, close to Munich center - We are senior couple and prefere to stay close to the downtown, so that to be able to return home in the afternoon and relax for a while to be ready for further explorations. The stuff was invisible but helpful. As for the Value for Money, it's hard to imagine anything better. We really enjoyed our staying in the Hotel. Thank you! - Location. Staff. Clean new rooms. Bottle with water always in the room. Good and inexpensive breakfast in cafe close with the hotel. Nearby U-Bann station.
