When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).   The staff was extremely helpful, they called taxis, recommended great restaurants, provided maps and suggestions. They even changed our room was after the first night because street noises kept us awake. The breakfast was by far the best we found anywhere, so many delicious choices!
