The apartment was fantastic!! Modernly decorated, clean and comfortable. Internet was provided and there couldn't be a better location. Right outside the door is the DOM! If I ever make it back to Koln, which I hope I do, I will be staying here.

The apartment was really near to the dom and central station. It was
clean and very spacious for 3 of us and we enjoyed our stay there.
It was a stones throw from the cathedral & also very close to the train station, bars, restaurants & river. A great spot.

Clean and tidy, and it is a secure place to be when you visit Koln. Very closed to all the mayjor famous places and beautiful views, within walk distance to everything.
Location was so good. Right next to the Dom. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Apartment had lots of room, with separate sleeping area for older child.

There were problems with the hot water as well as the wifi connection, which the owner tried (unsuccessfully) to rectify. To compensate, he kindly reduced the tariff.
We are not sure if there was lift in the building, but the owner helped
us with our heavy luggages, so it was not a big issue.
There was nothing we didnt like.
Since the location is right at the centre near Koln Church, it annoys us a lot when the Church Bell rings non-stop at 4 a.m. in the morning. And the apartment is right by the street, so we found it very noisy.
Needed to say at exactly what time you would be arriving for someone to be there to let you in apartment.
