I would stay there again. - There was a lot of variety in the breakfast every morning and the room was clean, if a little on the small side by American standards. I would stay here again.

  This was a very nice hotel with a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite being located on a relatively busy street near the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. There were other elegant touches such as a sweet cake in the room and candy on the pillows upon arrival and candies in the lobby. - The staff was really friendly, the room was full of tinny details that made the whole experience quite charming. It is perfectly located, just 2 blocks from the train stations and Cologne's cathedral. The decoration of the hotel is simple, but elegant, really good taste.

  The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time. Flexible and highlyaccomodative. They extended their help to pickup from the station andefficiently guided the city. You can just walk around nearby places.

  Convenient location near train station, an easy walk even with bags. But we had a car and there was also covered parking for €10 (reservation needed as they have only a few spots). Internet required login to a lan but was surprisingly good! Very friendly staff!
