  Nära till flyget - The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink. There was a big soft overstuffed leather chair that really was comfortable The staff was very knowlegeful and helpful. - The ease of getting to a 5:00 check-in -... vad folk säger » without having to leave the airport premises! Of course, any stay at a Kempinski property is always of the best of everything.

  We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. It is a hotel that largely seems to cater to business travelers (bar & restaurant prices are expensive), but they were very... vad folk säger » hospitable to my family & young son. Just behind & to the left of the check in desk is a kids play area with blocks & puzzles :) The cri - This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. What a very pleasant stay...will book them again wh

Excellent value for money. prices for drinks and food are slightly out of line with German (airport) prices. - The location, amenities, and staff were all excellent, We enjoyed our stay very much.

  We required a late check out and the staff were extremely obliging and helpful. I would rate this hotel highly on all counts...staff, accomodation, position and restaurant. - The rooms was excellent and so was the service and the restaurant.
