  The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink.   We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue.   Very well organised, close proximity to the airport, clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. prices for drinks and food are slightly out of line with German (airport) prices. - The location, amenities, and staff were all excellent, We enjoyed our stay very much.

  We required a late check out and the staff were extremely obliging and helpful. I would rate this hotel highly on all counts...staff, accomodation, position and restaurant. - The rooms was excellent and so was the service and the restaurant.
