  The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the rooms veryclean and cosy - Be advised!!! Reception closes at 20:00 and you cannot get into thebuilding if you arrive after 20:00 to check in. This was not specifiedon LetsBookHotel.com and when we arrived at 21:00 we could not get into thehotel and had to find other accommodations.   Fluvia is truly a hidden gem, fantastic value for money, easy access to Toulouse via (cheap!) public transport. Great restaurant. Not for those frightened to get a metro map and do a bit of adventuring. - Very handy place for exploring Toulouse. Comfortable apartment with all the facilities you could expect for the price.
