Location, friendly staff, free wi-fi. - Central and lively location and availability of very good food and drink establishments in the immediate vicinity. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good sized room. We would quite happily stay here again.

comfortable bed,
convenient location(close to the metro station, buses virtually on the doorstep incl the bus to the airport, 20 minutes walk to the centre, market and supermarkets very close to the hotel) -
It was very convenient for us to take a metro and go downtown.

centralt - Although some of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, it is very clean, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, looking up sites on the net for trains and buses etc.(we were staying juring a weather alert and trains were all suspended and delayed). Hotel is very central. Would definitely stay again. - comfortable bed!

This small pretty hotel is right in the heart of Toulouse but is on a quiet side street so you don't feel submerged by the city. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom large and the breakfast perfect. Best of all were the staff who were so friendly and helpful. The coutreous, friendly staff went out of their way to assist. For us the location was great in a quiet spot, easy to park car. We were only in Toulouse for one night stopover and was a great choice. Excellent value for money. Spotless rooms, breakfast included, wifi access. -
