  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely a... vad folk säger » mazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

  After a long day of sightseeing, this was the perfect place to "come home" to... the receptionist was friendly and efficient with the check in process and it was of course fantastic that she could speak to us in both English and German. I don't rememmber her name, but she was extremely helpful when we needed to order fast food dinner after midnigh... vad folk säger » t. Finally, the Spa, we intended to spend only an hour 1 or 2 there before dinner but the facilities were fantastic we ended up staying much longer..n - nice new design hotel / room - very clean room incl. bathroom - extremely comfortable bed - noise proof window and quiet room (we had a park side one there can probably be some noise on highway side) - tasty rich buffet breakfast (wide range incl. possibility to make own juice from fresh orange) - nice clean fitness and spa (incl. perfect whirlpool and sauna - 3 possibilities) - close to public transport (app. 5 min. by walk to tram stop, and app. 5 min. to the city center by tram) - free large
