  the approach is via a long straight drive at the end of which is the Chateau. Chateau Saulon is a magnificent old building which has a stunning contemporary extension to the front and is set in beautiful grounds. The staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is superb but a little expensive (likely to cos... vad folk säger » t more than the room). - Delightfully charmIng and helpful staff. Magical setting. Beautiful sweeping grounds and gardens, woodland walks, swimming pools, tennis courts etc. Immaculately clean. Heavenly beds. Gorgeous decor which mixes historical charm with modern elegance. Award winning el fresco restaurant in stunning location. Just perfect.

  Lovely hotel 5 minutes from the motorway. We booked this hotel as it was a half way point from North Spain. We could not fault the hotel, just a shame we were only there one night. Rooms quiet and clean, bed very comfortable. Food was brilliant- however only 1 option for kids. Would definitely stop here again. - Stopped off here on our way to &am... vad folk säger » p; back from the south of France. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The restaurant was a little pricey but well worth it, the food was excellent as was the wine & the service. Will definitely stay here again.
