  Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

When we first got to Les Inities, (after calling to get the door code to get into the building) we accidentally went into the wrong room and locked the door after we left; you can only ... vad folk säger » imagine how worried we were after we realized this mistake because all our stuff was in the room. We called the number that was provided on the keys a - Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

  Loved the location & the staff was very, very nice & helpful, but very little English spoken. It was charming, clean & had a very sweet lobby and courtyard. Great deal for the price.   Clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good. It was tasty and good value. The young waitress (Melanie) was efficient ,knowledgeable about the menu and spoke excellent english.   Great Service very Friendly - I liked the availability of parking when staying at a hotel in a city. I also liked being able to walk out of the hotel and walk down the street to see city life.
