  Location is perfect to see everything in Nantes. Hotel is modern and room was large with little kitchette and frig to cook and to keep things there (we didn't but maybe next time with more days). Bed was good and had goos support for our backs. And..you can not beat the price! - I liked the central location of this hotel, plus the kitchenette, which allowed me to eat in - although the hotel is located right next door to a fabulous restaurant and bar strip. I asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel and this was arranged with no fuss. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and linen of good quality. The Reception staff were very helpful.

  Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Location perfect, within a couple of minutes walking distance to city shops, castle and cathedral. We had a room overlooking the garden of the church which was nice and quiet. Simple and cheap breakfast certainly sets you up for the day.   The location of the hotel is very good. Down the road one finds an excellent restaurant, but also in the vicinity there are plenty.
