Friendly and helpful staff, very good modern facilities, and good food. Free Spa was a luxury given the heat and the amount of cycling we did. Stayed for four nights to watch two stages of the Tour de France. Will use it as a base to the French Alps again next year. - Everything looks new and is very well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the summer for weekends summer skiing. Place was excellent, good value for money. Paul, the chap on the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. We liked the price of the accommodation and the size of the apartment. It was convenient to have the ski bus at the door to take you to the gondola. This hotel is at the base of the mountain which makes it perfect for accessibility to the 3 Vallees. They even put on a daily transfer to the Gondola and back. Being able to relax in the Jaccuzi after a hard day of boarding really made this trip!!

Initial problem with room allocation quickly resolved by staff, comfortable rooms with good amenities, restaurant superb, location excellent for exploring trois vallees, would return, ski lodge and taiga bar well worth visit.
