  - Very nice and well decorated building - good location in Chambery but also in between the mountains and lakes - very friendly, discrete and accommodating staff - Actually not that difficult to find if you pay attention - - I really enjoyed the style, look and feel of the rooms and common areas.   Location, sunshine, snow, good food and friendliness is this not what a great skiing holiday is about? Hotel Les Arolles has a wonderful family atmosphere. My partner and I immediately felt at home in this friendly hotel which is situated directly on the Pistes (What letsbookhotel.com refers to as Tracks).   We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and lifts. When we had a mix up with our booking the hotel staff was helpful and easy to deal with. Also we found the rooms comfortable and nicely appointed.   The ski in / out location was fabulous. We had a choice of 3 runs to come home on and were out and waiting for lifts to open in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and for me having a tea making facilities in the bedroom was unexpected for France and much appreciated.
