  The hotel is extremelly well located, just across the river from the historical center.The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the stone walls gave it a very authentic feel. Great cost-benefit hotel in Lyon if you are not looking to spend too much. No luxury, but very cozy. We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was traditional French continental style breakfast; exactly what we wanted.

  Basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed here with our two dogs for one night en route to Italy. There was a lake close by for walking the dogs and a nice little restaurant next door for food and drink before going to bed after a very long drive.   The hotel does not look much from the outside but is very modern and beautiful on the inside. The rooms are large by European standards and well set up incl. tea/coffee making and fridge. Bus stop over the road. walk to the old town (5 Min.) Walk to the city centre (15 Min.)   We really enjoyed our stay. The school themed design is quirky and original. Our 6th rooms were light, airy, comfortable and stylish with exceptional views from the balcony. The breakfast was good (pastries, cheese, ham, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juice, coffee in thermos flasks - very school trip!). It was very good value for the location, right in the old town near lots - Absolutely charming hotel especially if you're of a certain age as the school theme exudes throughout, including furnishings in rooms and a sense of it at breakfast too! Having failed to be alerted on your website to the hotel's limited parking, we were saved from a fruitless search around Vieux Lyon for a space by the receptionist's thoughtfulness and consideration. Can't wait to return.

  Well, if you are travelling to this region I would recommend this hotel on condition the views are out of importance for you. The hotel had nice staff, speaking every sort of language, the rooms are very tidy and we were very surprised about "up-to-date" posh bathroom. The beds are relatively small but comfortable.
