  Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as well as the toilet/bathroom). Nice breakfast with some of - The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep!   Nice clean hotel, wonderfully decorated, beautiful rooms, very practical private parking, staff very helpfull, room had a deposit box (strongbox), large breakfast selection and of course, we have enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The city centre is a bit too far (15 min walk), but there is enough of good restaurants in the port (5 min).   It is a good value for money.We drove to Manosque by car to visit provencial villages. The apartments were clean, convenient and offered a good value for money.
