  Nice clean hotel, wonderfully decorated, beautiful rooms, very practical private parking, staff very helpfull, room had a deposit box (strongbox), large breakfast selection and of course, we have enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The city centre is a bit too far (15 min walk), but there is enough of good restaurants in the port (5 min). We enjoyed our... vad folk säger » stay very much and we will probably return. - The very typical french breakfast al fresco under the blue sky and lovely warm moring sun, coupled with the forever smiling waitresses, was an experience to be remembered for a long time, beautiful rooms too. Well done Santa Lucia!!!

  Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean, nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 eur... vad folk säger » os for 2/3 days worth of wifi use, friendly staff, room was a studio, had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, outside balcony with table - We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

  The staff stand out first, they were friendly, effiecient, informative. I usually prefer hotels with 24 hour reception, but this hotel was centrally located and Arles is a safe place to be about at night, so using a code to let yourself in to the hotel after hours was acceptable. Within walking distance to most of the notable place in the old town and close to the tourist of - The staff comes to mind first, friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean and a pleasure to use, I saw beautiful sunsets from my bedroom window. The location was excellent, right in the main street, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely walks and even if a distance away, if you don't mind walking, you could walk to the river and to the station. I have been to Arles before and will return in the future.
