  This is a very attractive, old property with lots of character. It is run by a lovely couple, Sylvie and Patrick, helped by Semi the dog and an assortment of chickens - fresh eggs every day. The grounds are very interesting and the secluded pool is excellent. There is no need to travel further in Provence, everything you hope to experience is righ... vad folk säger » t there at La Masure. We can`t wait to return. - The owners, Patrice and Sylvie, were fun and wonderfully friendly. They put up with our attempts at French with good humour. The gardens are absolutely lovely and our one night stay was too short. The room was delightful and the breakfast superb. Great value for money considering the quality of the accomodation, the fod, the ambiance and the welcome.

  This is a delightful small hotel on the outskirts of St Paul de Vence. It really is charming and set among vineyards and pretty gardens. The bedrooms are decorated in country style and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast includes lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked bread, along with meats and cheeses. The owners are welcoming and... vad folk säger » friendly. I came back late after a reception at The Fondation Maeght and helped myself to a glass of wine (honour system) in the cosy bar. When I wen - We loved the peaceful setting of this beautiful hotel, and the helpful friendliness of the family who own it. They welcome guests' pets, and have several of their own. The breakfasts are excellent, and the pool really prettily laid out. Our room, no 14, was large and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over fields and a vineyard. There is a 20 minute walk into the village for main meals, but this is via quiet roads....and downhill on the way there at least!

  We loved e everything about this place. The couple running it were amazing. They were so. Wry hospitable and helpful. He had such a great sense of humour and Monique is a fabulous cook. Breakfast was outstanding outside beside the pool. It was the most beautiful place and it made you really feel like you had finally arrived at Au Provence. I... vad folk säger » would love to come. A k here and stay a week. - Gilles and monique are excellent hosts, helpful and friendly. The food was very good. The location was quiet with an excellent view of Roussillon and ready access to roads for visiting other Luberon towns. We would love to go back there on our next visit to Provence.

  Amazing hotel built out of the rock - dining area in the cave. Terrace with beautiful views. Fantastic location, a short walk to the town. Well run hotel. Lovely food. - Loved this experience! Very relaxing and enjoyed the rock room and the warm staff. Loved the outdoor terrace and hospitality and nighttime view of the lit ruins.

  Can't beat the location of the hotel and the attached restaurant, overlooking the canyons off Rousillon (which turned out to be one of our favorite Provence towns).   The staff of the hotel were charming and helpful. The hotel next door run by the same family has a nice restaurant.   This is not luxury accomodation but we did not care - it was such a treat to stay in this castle. The staff was extremely welcoming. The restaurant served excellent food - our best meals in France in fact. They made "off the menu" items for our daugther and charged us less. Our room had a walk out to a terrace and it was awesome. The room (standard double room) was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great view from the room.
