The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e daily! The location is wonderful,

  Perfect location on the main street of Aix-en-Provence, above an excellent restaurant. Huge clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower, big fluffy towels, very comfy bed. Valet car parking service was great. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff were friendly & helpful. We would absolutely stay there again. - We travelled on the Eurostar for our first time in Aix-en-Provence. The hotel is really a restaurant with rooms but no less comfortable for that. Our room was right at the front and so a bit noisy on the Saturday night but the staff moved us to a lovely ground floor apartment at the back of the hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff themselves were fantastic, the room(s) had everything you wanted, and a very good restaurant just downstairs! We will go back.

  The hotel is very well located - in a quiet area just a few stops on the tram from the Old Town. The villa was built in 1869 and the host does his best to maintain the air of antiquity in his hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable.
