  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it.   The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. If you choose a suite with a sea view you will rewarded with the fantastic sun rises and views of the bay with boats .. free ... vad folk säger » parking you can find along the beach..boulangerie is 200 m along the road after the gas station. Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

  A beautiful place in beautiful surroundings! We got a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the sea... spectacular view! The room was big and comfortably furnished, so was the balcony (two deck-chairs, a table with two chairs). There is a swimming pool and a beach near by (7 min walk). It's best to arrive by car as the hotel is a bit aw... vad folk säger » ay from the main road. You can park your car at the hotel parking (free of charge) or in the garage (at additional fee), or just on streets near by (f - the seaside place is quiet and good to go for a not very loud or busy swim or sunbath in/by the Mediterranean. The staff is really nice and caring. The room was comfortable and modern, and we like the breakfast very much as well. Would recommend to friends and family.
