  once we got to the hotel everything was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. They had come to find us, as we had got hopelessly lost! The hotel was set in beautiful woods, new and well equipped. The owner relished in showing us all the gadgets! Unfortunately at breakfast he had forgotten to put water in the coffee machine!   The B&B was great- very "French farmhouse". The breakfasts were wonderful every morning and our hostess did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. We forgot our suits but the pool looked wonderful. Quiet, nice place to stay. Beds very comfortable. - Very welcoming.   This B&B was perfect for our overnight stop, it is only a small detour from the A31 motorway and certainly much better than the faceless Motorway hotels. We were met with a warm welcome from the hosts. The room was good sized and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and set in a quiet area. The rooms have a very cozy romantic feel. The bed/mattress was super comfortable, and a great shower. Our hostess was so kind and really made us a delicious breakfast.

  We had the top room which was very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with us needing to lock our bikes up, even covering them up for us. Lovely views and garden. Nice breakfast with delicious croissants, breads and good coffee. He gives you all the information you may need, and lets you hair down - fantastic after a long travel. Breakfast was really excellent, and the position (a 20' walk to downtown) is ideal to visit Metz.

The village Rahling is in the middle of a prairie, with donkeys, sheep, and cows grazing, very tranquil and country. The church bells and the ancient-moulin house give a rustic feeling. Breakfast was more than adequate, we even offered food to take with us when we left. we were also recommended a reasaurant called the Relais Fleuri which proved to be very nice indeed some 5 km from the hotel in Diemeringen.

  We looked for a place to stay on our way from Switzerland to the Netherlands. We wanted a (little) hotel with a good restaurant, and not too far out from the freeway. We certainly found a fantastic little place at La Table Alsacienne!! The rooms have been recently modernized. They were spacious, and had great beds and a nice shower. Breakfast was plenty, everything - The rooms are very well appointed. The proximity to the motorway. The food in the restaurant was very good. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
