I had high expectations for this place and it exceeded them. Incredibly beautiful - both the chateau inside and out, the surrounding gardens, and the view. Christine is a warm and very accommodating host. It's wonderfully secluded but still easy access to Mont St. Michel and other great places to visit in Normandy (with a car). I highly recommend

We have spent a wonderful time at the Chateau La Rametiere. The staff is very friendly and the dog Noby is just adorable. The place, including the rooms, is spacious, comfortable and beatifully decorated. The place is calm and relaxing and easily reacheable if you are by car. We certainly recommend this lovely Chateau on the way to Mont Saint Michel.

The chateau is set in lovely grounds which unfortunately we didn't explore. Large comfortable suite. -
The owners are incredibly welcoming and the site itself is magnificent. A must see!

Eric and his wife were wonderful in their welcome. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There is a bar upstairs whcre you can relax and all Eric asks you do is write down what you have. There is a superb continental breakfast to set you on your way but as we did, we had a nice stroll around the grounds before departing and regrettably after just one night's stay.

Very good location for travelling through France, easy to find, and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. An excellent restaurant right next door meant we could eat and go to bed fairly early in preparation for a long drive the following day. Would definitely stay there again. -

The setting is lovely and the owners could not have been more welcoming. The studios are larger than I thought they would be and are very clean and well presented. The covered outside veranda is a nice addition with a lovely view down to the lake and over the surrounding countryside. Would not hesitate to recommend. -

A warm welcome from the family that owns the property. Offer of fresh milk for tea/ coffee and a wifi key on arrival. Room and property overall very clean and well presented. Breakfast was good, freshly baked bread (home made) and croissants with selection of local jams and hot chocolate on request. Baby had a brand new cot bed to sleep in and room was quiet. Cherbourg is a quaint historic town. The hotel is on the waterfront with a scenic view. We were able to walk to the hotel from the ferry dock. This was our second stay at the Hotel Chantereyne and once again we couldn't fault it.
The staff are helpful and welcoming and have good knowledge of the area. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spotless. We loved the modern bathroom and the superb shower. Also great location, just 5 minutes from the ferry port and the town.
All in all a first class hotel.

Our stay at La Robiniere was wonderful, mostly due to the incredibly
friendly, interesting, engaging and generous people who are the owners
(Jacky, Nadine and daughter, Marine). It was immaculately clean,
spacious and located in an old farm house on a working dairy farm in
Normandy. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We stayed 3 nights and used
it as a base to explore Mont St Michel, Normandy beaches and Bayeux.
