  This is a truly eccentric hotel. The owner is an artist, sculptor and all round interesting character. Many of the features in the hotel have been made by the owner. There are chairs, wash stands, hinges, drawings and all sorts of stuff. The owner is very friendly and happy to make adjustments to suit the customer. I needed to have a walk in shower so in no time they had changed my room to accommodate my request The food was exceptionally good, we had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. It is a very quiet and tranquil setting. Each of the 11 rooms are different, maybe a little quirky but very comfortable and great value for money
