It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view. Close to pleasant lakeside 'beach' with subsidised/ free watersports. We enjoyed the pool, though it may be a little cool for softies. Good selection for the buffet breakfast. Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to
it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was
located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind
too much as we filled a backpack for our overnight stay and left the

The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.

I receptionen fick man förstklassig service inkl utmärkta råd. - Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. - Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided.

restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and
well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room,

We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well.
