  Eventhough the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as nice, the rooms are very clean, nicely decorated with all updated amenities. The room is big and bathroom is spacious. The rate for this hotel is also very budget-friendly. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at hotel Italia. The hotel is small and inside a residential area but being in a quiet area and able to park your car in front of the door was nice. The city centre is a 20 minute walk.

  Orleans parc hotel is just one minute off the peage and easy to find. Set back off the road and behind a restaurant building it is quiet and overlooks the Loire river. The hotel grounds at the back lead down to the riverbank and are great for letting kids or dogs run around after a long drive. Would be great to stay with dogs (which are accepted). Only a few minutes drive from Orleans centre. Staff very helpful and good breakfast. No restaurant Sunday evening but help from staff on where to eat locally, or trip into Centre.

  Our family had a very positive experience during our stay. Great location - short taxi ride from train station; very friendly, helpful staff - from the front desk, breakfast room to housekeeping staff - all are extremely friendly and helpful! Hotel is perfectly located for those wanting to explore the Chateau Blois and the "old city". Shops, cafes... vad folk säger » and restaurants all within walking distance. All of us would recommend this hotel to all travellers - if looking for an authentic "old" European expe - The hotel was in a wonderful location right in the centre of Blois but with easy parking nearby. When we booked, the proprietor sent a personal email welcoming us and this was typical of the whole style of the hotel which was friendly, cheerful and welcoming. The hotel is in an old, very characterful building said to have belonged originally to the Dukes of Guise, and the owners have kept a lot of character while making sure that it is comfortable and modern where it needs to be.
