  We were upgraded to an executive room without even asking, the beds werereally large and comfortable. We had fresh fruit and cocktails waitingfor us on our arrival and we liked the fact we could bring our cat intothe hotel room too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat and drink andwell worth it.   Great location: very close to Petite France (perfect, little area filled with winding cobblestone streets, delightful shops and charming cafes) and the river, yet on a quiet back street. Our room, number 33, was a corner room on the third floor with views in two directions which we loved - roof tops of nifty, old structures and the spire of the be... vad folk säger » autiful cathedral looming in the background! Walkable from the train station on a nice day; less than a 10 Euro taxi fee on departure when it was rain - This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

  Great Hotel - Excellent Location. The hotel is just outside of the citycentre. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral. The roomwas well decorated and very clean. The bathroom had a double sink andmarble counter top.   We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside.
