  The setting is lovely. I believe room 1 has the best view. The pool is very nice, the food was excellent, and Jeanette was extremely friendly, spoke adequate English, and accommodated our needs.   Le Moulin du Château is an absolutely fantastic hotel. We were there in September for one night and everything was great! Edith and Nicolas are very welcoming hosts. Edith was very nice and helpful when we asked about things to do in the Provençe. She immediately gave us a map and explained us everything we needed to know to get around the things ... vad folk säger » we wanted to see. We had a delicious four course dinner and i will never forget that creamy polenta which tasted absolutely amazing!!! The hotel is en - If you like to have a relaxing stay close to Verdon Gorge this is a place to stay. Wonderful countryside village and a beautiful lake/river close by. We were traveling with our dog and she was welcomed by the hotel like any guest. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel which we recommend to everyone! I have never stayed in such a relaxed hotel. Felt like home.
