Läget. Trevlig personal. Utmärkt städning - Friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite, which was an upgrade but was truly spectacular. I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. - Location

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

This hotel is in a great location, convenient to so many sites. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is delightful, helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean, and of adequate size. The hotel is located in the perfect place for sightseeing near the Louvre, Place du la Concord and the Champ Elysee and you can get the hop on / off buses from very near by. We had a deluxe City view room and the view over the Jardin and the Effiel Tower were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room size generous. We were on the 3rd floor and we could barely hear the traffic on the busy street below.
