  This hotel is incredibly good value. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is located in the outskirts of Perpignan with a couple of other hotels, so don't expect a selection of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance - presumably the location partly accoun... vad folk säger » ts for the low prices. However, even though I arrived late on a Sunday and meals were not being served in the dining area, there is a Buffalo Grill ju - Warm welcome and helpfulness of reception at check in

  The food in the restaurant was divine, and we thought reasonably priced for the quality. The staff both on the reception and in the bar/restaurant were delightful. The pool area although compact is nice and peaceful with clean shower/toilet area.   We stayed at the hotel on the night of 23-24 and 26-27 September. The first time the cleanliness was good the second time there was breadcrumbs in one of the beds and the floor was sticky (not cleaned).   This is an excellent hotel.It is modern,well-designed,spacious and comfortable with generous sized rooms and large beds with top of the range linen. It is a good location for exploring that corner of France down to the Spanish border and up into the Pyrenees,there is easy access to local buses into Perpignan itself. Above all the staff - Nice room with comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet rooms. All was very clean and pleasant. The location was just out of the city (Perpignan), but still offered quick access by car. Staff were very helpful.
