  It's straight off the main road, on a roundabout, so easily found and accessed. It's actually on an industrial estate, so looks a bit off-putting, but the hotel itself is fine and safe. The room was large, very clean, quiet and comfortable - but basic. No tea or coffee facilities, for example. Right next door is the only restaurant in the area. ... vad folk säger » It's a steakhouse, but they kindly found a vegetarian main course for me (by leaving the meat off the plate!) and the meal was good. Lots of local p - Have never used this chain of hotel before but will certainly use again. We were returning from the south and the location was great, you could not fail to miss the hotel. It was a new modern building, You get the feeling it was designed by someone who actually uses budget hotels, very spacious throughout and the bedroom was large and spotless. Comfotable bed with extra pillows, good air con, and great shower. Breakfast was really good value for the price. Good brasserie next door. Well done A

  The hotel is built out of a decommissioned (?) church and some of the rooms (on the upper floors) have glorious architecture. I also had a minor medical emergency one night and the front desk clerk, Luc Querite, looked after my needs and called a doctor for me. His calm demeanor and concern made me feel so much better. He was an exceptional careta... vad folk säger » ker. Also, the hotel is situated right next to the shopping/restaurant district, and the train station. Perfect location. - Poitiers is a really attractive city with lots of pedestrianised streets, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Varied and interesting architecture, churches and a huge cathedral. Students had left for the summer so the city was quiet. We were the only visitors in the cathedral! Parking nearby at only €5 per night. Very good advice from receptionist on restaurant choices. Bistro de Boucher fabulous.
