The flat is very closed to the metro station, but the downtown it's only 15-20 minutes by foot, so the location is perfect. The owner is very kind and helpful. The kitchen is useful and clean.

Excellent location, especially for those who plans to take or give back a rented car at Gare de Lyon train-station. Very close to the metro station.

We stayed in 3 different room due to our back and forth from Paris to
other places. Each room was very clean, and comfortable. Front desk very
helpful and friendly- even gave my daughter a daily french lesson.
Kitchen staff very kind and Gupty speaks 6 languages. Not even 1/2
block away is the metro- and a gorgeous park 2 blocks away- perfect for
runners and strollers. Don't miss the boulangerie across the street.

- Hotel arranged for pick up from train station, which worked out quite nicely
- Picked the hotel on purpose away from station, as arriving and departing stations were different.
- Location is still very good, right on Metro stop, and next to terminus for 2 buses, which go to Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Gare du Nord. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.

Got a taxi from Gare du Nord for just under Euro 20. Hotel has two steps up to reception and an elevator. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there. The second-hand market two blocks from the hotel on Sundays was so much fun!

We were delighted with this small and pretty hotel. We booked for a double room but we were given a relatively large one, considering Paris standards, and with an extra bed. I didn't know the area at all, and didn't want to waste time searching for everything and didn't have my i-phone. An the night receptionist googled everything for me, printed stuff off and directed me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was feeling tired and they even let me stay an hour later. The hotel in itself was very modern, quiet, clean and had gorgeous design features and furniture.....lovely place!!! Would stay again!!!!

The location is fantastic. So easy to access any part of Paris from the
Nation metro station. There are all types of provisioning shops just
around the corner on Rue de Rondez Vous and several good bistros in the
area. The rooms are on the small side as one should expect in Paris but
clean, comfortable and quiet. After a day of serious site seeing,
bumping shoulders with other tourists, it was a relief to return to
"our" neighbourhood and dine in one of the little very french

This hotel provided us a good value and comfortable rest during our stay in Paris. The breakfast was adequate and very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room. I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Paris who want to stay in
