  Läget. Trevlig personal. Utmärkt städning - Friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite, which was an upgrade but was truly spectacular. Really great location, one block to the Louvre. 1/2 block to the closest Metro. Would go back in a heartbeat - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa pool was brilliant.   I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite.   The hotel was modern and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. Great location; 5 mins walk from the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. We requested some details of local restaurants and they were supplied with some recommendations. They also offered to book them for us.   A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening.   This is a beautiful hotel. The pictures on their web site are exactly what the rooms and common areas look like. The furnishings were very top of the line and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely knowledgable about everythin... vad folk säger » g. All their recommendations were perfect. - Absolutely everything. Staff attitude is professional and extremelyhelpful. Newly renovated hotel is decorated beautifully and tastefully.The breakfast area is a pleasure to be in and the lovely asian peoplewho run this part of the hotel are to be commended for their desire toplease.   Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. (Was visiting Paris to attend the French open tennis championships). - Great location. Bus is 2 blocks away. Supermarket half a block from hotel.   I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... vad folk säger » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.
