  Really nicley presented air conditioned hotel that's excellent value for money and in the perfect location for a visit to Nice. It's in a pretty courtyard just off the Promenade des Anglais opposite a really good local super market and close to bars and restaurants only 15 minutes walk to the old town and very near various useful bus routes to pla... vad folk säger » ces like the fabulous Marc Chagall museum. The breakfast is good and, yes, the lift is tiny but you can fit two people in or one person with luggage s - Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe. A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a glimpse. Bed was very comfy. Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. (at least 20 min walk to all those) You can also take the tram alternatively. - Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

  Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable to have sweet dreams during the nights. The new window protects well from the outside noises. The AC works well.
