  The owner, Roselyn, was friendly, gracious and courageous as we communicated with very limited knowledge of each other's language. Fortunately, her English was much better than our French! The rooms were very comfortable, each with a dedicated bathroom with a great shower and even a spa in one of them! The breakfast was delightful with fresh bak... vad folk säger » ery, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee and fresh fruit all served with a pretty and classy table setting. The whole experience was a nice surprise - The amazing owner. If you want to have a great, intimate experience and truly get to know a really nice lady, then choose this tucked away charmer of a B&B. We arrived tired after a very long drive. We had stopped at a store and had picnic provisions to enjoy in the garden. The lady of the house not only supplied ice to chill our wine, but she brought out plates and cutlery for our picnic. We lounged on the back terrace in the most comfortable chairs for three hours, so nice after two weeks

  The hosts were absolutely fabulous. We arrived late in the afternoon & Francoise and Bernard were so gracious...a good start. A talk about the region showed they knew and cared about what guests want. Breakfast was superb with ample everything. Couldn't recommend it enough. A great place to put away the car and walk to all the attractions yet ... vad folk säger » peaceful and quiet. Thank you. - We found staying at les Hauts Amboise more than comfortable and welcoming . It was well located to visit the Loire Valley with its many wonderful chateaus and outstanding gardens. Amboise is great to eat and meet people and relax after a busy sight seeing.
