  Very friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. Everything is nice and clean. A good value for the money. Realistic advertise of the place and no bad surprises; just as expected! I would definitely recommend it for a couple of days stay to visit the Mont Saint Michel and the region. - Great communication with the owner who sent welcoming respons... vad folk säger » es and didn't mind our late arrival.

  We had a nice short stay here, very clean, nice view from 1st and 2nd floor where we could see Le Mont Saint Michel from 6 km. The owner is kind.

  Les Belles de Mai is a comfortable renovated home in the heart of Pontorson, within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, and located only 10 kilometers from Mont St-Michel. The owner speaks fluent English and was very helpful in providing us with information about visiting Mont St-Michel. She even phoned a taxi in another city to arrang... vad folk säger » e for luggage transfer for us since we were traveling by bicycle. The home has a lovely garden with seating that guests can enjoy on a warm day. While - Beatrice was a wonderful host: upon arrival, she provided several pamphlets outlining various attractions. The room was a wonderful surprise: very elegantly decorated and it really showed Beatrice's attention to detail. Everything was provided, from bath robes to cotton pads and Q-tips. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was also equally as impressive with the large and impressive spread that Beatrice provided. I would highly recommend this B&B!

  We were very happy to have found La Jacotiere, especially after walking through the very commercial-looking hotel portion of the town which is directly in the line of sight of Le Mont Saint Michel. Neon and bright red hotel signs lit the relatively quiet street nearest to Le Mont Saint Michel's access causeway. I am extremely sensitive to too much... vad folk säger » stimulation so La Jacotiere was the perfect place for my husband and me.Thankfully La Jacotiere is located just a bit before the bright lights and in - Great! Friendly. Owner gave us great advice go to Mt Saint Micheal when we arrived at sunset. Hardly any crowds, we watched tide come in and shuttle bus runs till midnight. Spectacular views all evening. We ate on the Mont at a restaurant were there 5-11PM. In the am 40 tour buses were there at 9:30. so glad we did not wait till morning to go. P.S Tour De France rides past B&B 7/9/13.
