  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help! The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

  Location, price, friendliness - The hotel is very close to the sanctuary. That was the greatest help. Wecould spend the morning at the sanctuary, and come to the room and resta while before we go again to spend the evening at the sanctaury.

  Hotel staff were very nice, the person who handle the front desk in the night very helpful, he even offered us free bear and caffé, we will stay again - Gentelemen staff at the reception were very courteous. Rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked.

  The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris. Wifi was ... vad folk säger » great. The hotel in Paris had an extremely slow connection. - From check-in to departure our stay at Residence du Soleil was enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.
