  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! It was perfect to listen to the Jazz fest that was going on across the street. Great stay! - we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

  Really nicley presented air conditioned hotel that's excellent value for money and in the perfect location for a visit to Nice. It's in a pretty courtyard just off the Promenade des Anglais opposite a really good local super market and close to bars and restaurants only 15 minutes walk to the old town and very near various useful bus routes to pla... vad folk säger » ces like the fabulous Marc Chagall museum. The breakfast is good and, yes, the lift is tiny but you can fit two people in or one person with luggage s - Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe. A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a glimpse. Bed was very comfy.   Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. (at least 20 min walk to all those) You can also take the tram alternatively. - Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

  The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
