  the staff was very nice...eventhough i was very picky they were very hejpful and especially isabelle who was excellent and very professional. - Very helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and nice; bathroom was adapted to satisfy American tastes. Good value.

  Location was great. You can by foot reach to 3 metro stations as well as trains. most famous places like Concorde, Opera, Lafeyette and Madeline is 5-10 minutes by walk. The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room. I would deeply advise you to stay there. - Excellent location for visiting the tourist spots - within walking distance of Place de la Concorde. Situated on a quiet side street. Highly recommended.

  We stayed in a petite room which is typical for Paris but the bathroom was huge. The service was the best l have experienced in all my years of visiting Paris. The Location was incredible as you are right near Fauchon and all the key tourist destinations and best shops - It was very well located, 3 min walk from Madeleine and 7 min walk fromOpera. ... vad folk säger » The staff was very nice and friendly.   Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. Our room was small but well-fitted and with a very comf... vad folk säger » ortable bed, and the double glazing kept out the street noise effectively. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm.   The hotel location is superior. the staff is very friendly they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. - Everyone was very friendly, kind & helpful!! I want to especially thank Monica for her help with getting tickets to the Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect!

  We were immediately upgraded on arrival to the largest room in the hotel - which clearly added something to our overall experience! However, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the overally condition of the hotel was good and the location was excellent (2 minutes walk from the arc de triomphe). Breakfast is expensive, though, but all hotels in paris are charging expensive for breakfast.
