  1. It is all about the location! Literally a building away from Arc de Triomphe. 2. Staff is great, friendly and speaks good English and Spanish 3. We arrived at 9am, the rooms are not ready but they stored the bags for us free of charge. They also stored our bags after the check out. 4. Everything was great and price was good but i think as we get older we are both late 30s early 40s we like bigger rooms and a gym. this hotel does its best with what it has to offer. we are not big fans of boutique hotels anymore after a few experiences, but that is a personal opinion based on what we like in a room. I think as you get older you appreciate the accommodations more than when you are younger...wow did i just write that?
