  Excellent location, for the new visitor to Paris....easy access to all the sights, and the Metro/rail system. The Waldorf was a well run and comfortable hotel. By US standards the rooms are small, but clean and perfect !   The staff very accomadating, friendly and helpful. The location was within minutes of shopping on Faubourg St Honore and other streets in the area. Easy access for siteseeing etc. within walking distance or a subway ride. The linen was excellant and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. It was a very clean updated room, maximized the space ... vad folk säger » well as the room was on the small size but it realy did not make a difference as we only slept in it. - the hotel is lovely, staff is best ever, friendly, they smile, l& the help you in anything, love them, room is super nice, but its small ,very modern & nice. breakfast is very nice. we had a very nice experience there & we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic location and excellent room . . . .clean - The hotel was really very nice in the center of Paris. It's the same like you see on photos. We expected bigger room but in comparison to other hotels the room and bathroom were big. We liked it and next would prefer to stay there again. Yes furniture is fine and beds were comfortable :) I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

  I stayed in 2 hotels in Paris, they all are 3 stars hotels and rank top 200 ones in TA. Compare of these two hotels, another one is with higher price, left bank, very close to Notre Dame and restaurants. But I will choose Le Relais Madelene next time. The first reason is the price. It is close to sightseeing and shopping areas. - prime location to go about the city for shopping (at the printemps and the lafayettes) and sight seeing (being only 2 blocks away from the metro station Madeleine). grocery store just a minute walk from the hotel. excellent staff, very helpful and friendly and having them there definitely makes me want to return to this boutique hotel on next visit.
