  hotel is in perfect location - walking distance to station, shopping areas and of course sights, metro just 1 min away; rooms have been remodeled recently and are definitely better than the 2 stars the hotel has. The room was not huge, but for Paris it had a decent size, bathroom small but with a big walk-in shower.   Small and friendly hotel in a good district of Paris. Good location and very helpful staff. Comfy bed, clean linen Some nice restaurants local to St Catherine's Square especially try "Les Bougresses" for good French cuisine and good value.   The hotel is great because it is friendly and clean and our room had a great view of the roof tops. La Marais is a very interesting and atmospheric location. It is easy to access the Seine and other places of interest. We especially enjoyed the Jewish quarter and the falafels. Not expensive There was always someone at the reception to talk to you

  Fantastic location, in a funky part of the city; clean & simple rooms. Stayed one night in the double comfort and one night in the double standard - only difference was a slightly larger bed in the comfort. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.   I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean.
