Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
Good cost of money!!!!

This hotel is truly bijoux, a little jewel, small but perfect in every detail. The staff were friendly and helpful with info and directions. The attention to detail in the decor is truly outstanding, (down to co-ordinated electrical outlets inside the wardrobes). The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
The lobby and breakfast room are amazing (I just could not stop taking pictures) and the food was very good.
The area is really nice and quiet, plenty of nice restaurants/cafes.

- Very quiet and clean in a good and safe area of Paris. Close to the subway. We had breakfast even if it wasn't included in the price. The host was also fantastic very easy to deal with for the check in and check out he even took our luggage upstair !! :) The studio was a bit tiny but very well arranged and very clean.

really nice apartment in a nice and safe area, with some little free extras. The room looks new + clean and has a really nice design. Quite small but everything is included what you need.

Really nice hotel, nice staff they speak english even a little bit spanish.
The room was nice and worth the price, i was expecting something less because of the price.
