  The location is excellent, only a short walk to the port and from there to the beach. The hotel is lovely and quiet, with a large comfortable bed.   Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable to have sweet dreams during the nights. The new window protects well from the outside noises. The AC works well. Hope to come again - + Very nice staff + Great location, near shopping, cafés, restaurants and just a short walk to the Promenade d'Anglais/beach as well as the old city. + Quite tiny but comfy, clean and nice room. + Comfy beds + Not much noise + Wifi working good, 8 mbs on fourth floor. + Breakfast included I could definitley return to this nice hotel.

  Staff are very friendly and helpful, Patrick and Carol, left our warm experience with this hotel. The 15-minute walk in the alleys to downtown Nice is nice, does not feel long/boring at all.
