  Servicenivån var mycket hög, med vänlig engelsktalande personal som med gott humör gjorde vår vistelse bekväm. Classic rummet var i minsta laget (med utsikt över en gård), men efter att ha uppgraderat till en svit (både större och med balkong med utsikt över Eiffeltornet) fick vi det vi förväntat oss.   This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   It is a brand new property. A chic hotel in a central part of the city. Easy metro access and lots of eateries near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While they offer a variety of room sizes (ours was medium) it was an interesting layout and nicely appointed.   I've been to Paris almost a dozen times and this is the 1st hotel Iwould stay in again. It was lovely! Wonderful staff (ask the nightmanager for a dinner recommendation), great rooms, perfect locationright next to a metro stop and on a great little street with a bakerynearby.   Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. They upgraded our room also because we had a baby with us and it was of a bigger size. We thought this was especially kind.

  The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro. The room was a tiny but I did not expected the huge s - Breakfast was great. Staff brill. I asked for a view of Eiffel Tower and we got it, top floor, room 904 superb. watched the Tower show every night as it played the light tune. Looked forward to getting back after every night out!!
