  1) Perfect location. 2) Good WiFi connection. 3) Free shared fridge in the reception. 4) Clean. 5) Small, but very nice balcony. 6) Best value for money in Monaco region. It is impossible to park you car on the street (no free places at all and you can stay 2 hours maximum). For location it is unbeatable in this price range, and lets us spend our money on eating and drinking in Monaco, rather than on an over-priced room.   I'm not sure what the negatives reviews were all about. People's expectations must have been set too way too high. This hotel was precisely what we presumed it would be -- a fine affordable alternative. We had no problems with the rooms or cleanliness and no issue with the matter-of-fact handling (the staff was busy with other things too). As others have reported, the food in - The room was clean and the water was hot, so it is good value. The airconditioning was amazing! The food at the hotel was very good. Perfectly located in terms of public transportation. Beach was energy sapping 10 minute walk away, but a good experience nonetheless.
