  The staff were very friendly & helpful. We needed laundry the very first night in Paris and they found for us within walking distance and open on a Saturday night.   We chose this hotel because of recommendations submitted by others to the letsbookhotel.com website. We were absolutely delighted with our stay of six nights. The people at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were on the fifth floor with view of the top 1/3 of the Eiffel Tower and thought that was delightful. The staff were really great and very helpful. They even provided assistance for our restaurant reservations which I truly appreciate as I've seen them get out of their way just to help us.   Location is great. You have two metro stations very close. One that can get you to some of Paris attractions directly, and another one that gets you to gare du nord directly. Pretty handy.
