  The staff were very friendly & helpful. We needed laundry the very first night in Paris and they found for us within walking distance and open on a Saturday night. All week they went above what we asked for. The neighborhood was very fun. Always something to watch from our window. Loved the vitality of the area.   Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro. Our room was small but comfortable. The large, clean bathroom was lovely as was having a separate toilet for once! Staff were friendly and helpful, and if you are travellin - exellent location in the heart of Montparnasse, in a lively neighborhood with iconic Parisian streetscapes. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air.   We chose this hotel because of recommendations submitted by others to the letsbookhotel.com website. We were absolutely delighted with our stay of six nights. The people at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were on the fifth floor with view of the top 1/3 of the Eiffel Tower and thought that was delightful. The staff were really great and very helpful. They even provided assistance for our restaurant reservations which I truly appreciate as I've seen them get out of their way just to help us. Special thanks to Joanna who took care of the reservations, Emma who referred me to joanna as well as to the nice Man on the night shift (I forgot to ask for his name but he would definitely know who he is).
