very good service. kind. I took a room with sink. It was very clean and comfortable. the shower is shared with other guests, it looked dirty and it was uncomfortable. so I recommend taking one with shower (even though I do not know them). I loved the location, it is far from downtown but it is a nice and quiet neigborhood, full of good bouchons. -

The location of the hotel is just perfect - right in the city center, near the principal square and main streets. Our room was quite small but cosy. The hotel is in an old biulding that has the charm and spital stairs! We had two heavy bags, but the receptionist Mehdi was really helpful and helped us to get them right to our room and gave some use

Staff are really helpful, though it does not have a life, he help us to pick the luggage upstairs upon our asking. Breakfast is excellent under such room cost. the location also close to the street with many restaurant in Lyon. We have a good night there
