Great staff who were always helpful and courteous, room was nice albeit not so large (more boutique style than generic 4 star)but the bathroom was stunning, good partitioning between rooms so was very peaceful in the room, location is convenient for shopping and transport links -

i loved everything about the hotel, the staff were very curteous, helpful and nice. the interior was fabulously decorated and the room was very nice. it was an all together a great experience and the hotel is definitely my choice hotel whenever i go back to toulouse. and not to mention its great location. -

The hotel was in a great location, right on the river and not a far walk at all from the center of Toulouse, Toulouse Centerville. We had a room with the river view, which was wonderful. The staff was simply outstanding - very friendly and very helpful. The soundproofing in the hotel was great. The rooms were very quiet. You would not know that

Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and friendly and able to inform us of the best sights to see, and they organized a parking spot in a nearby parking station. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main sights and many restaurants and shops in the city centre.
